The Apex Beverage Company in conjunction with The Peak City Grill, invites you to a one-of-a-kind wine and food event, featuring the outstanding artisan wines of the Hartford Winery, a family-owned vintner situated near California's Russian River Valley in resplendent Sonoma County. The remarkable wines of Hartford Winery are individually, and collectively, a unique expression of the terroir. The winery embraces minimal intervention, traditional winemaking techniques and farms vineyards on a block-by-block basis to accentuate each sites individual characteristics.


Don't delay as reservations are limited and the payoff is a tour du force of the palette.  This 3-course wine and food event starts promptly at 7:30pm.  Dinner will be served upstairs in the private quarters.


1st Course - Flight of three Chardonnays paired with Shrimp Hushpuppies.

Described as vibrant with terrific acidity and firm minerality, the Hartford Chardonnays feature flavors and aromas that run the gamut from exotic fruit, Myer lemon, floral notes, citrus and grilled pineapple to wet stone, talc, iodine and crushed rocks. 


2nd Course - Flight of three Pinot Noirs paired with Duck Duo

Described as alluring, hedonistic, sultry and gorgeous, the Hartford Pinot Noirs feature flavors and aromas that run the gamut from Queen Ann cherries, blueberries, raspberries and blood orange to lavender, black tea, leather, forest floor and tobacco.


3rd Course - Old-Vine Zinfandel paired with Chocolate Espresso Flour-less Tort.

Described as sumptuous, velvety, exuberant and silky, the Hartford Old-Vine Zinfandels  feature flavors and aromas that run the gamut from boysenberry, cherry, blackberry and blueberry to smoky oak, chocolate, incense, allspice and Christmas fruitcake.
